What is taken care of before you arrive
Some services are included in the price, others are added on request. Everything is stated when you book — nothing is discovered on arrival.
Cleaning and linen
The apartment is cleaned before you arrive, bed linen and towels are provided, and we come back regularly during your stay.
Airport transfer
A driver waits for you at Diass. The journey is booked ahead, and the price is known ahead.
Internet and workspace
Fibre Wi-Fi in every apartment, a desk area and the right sockets, so you can work without a second thought.
Laundry
Laundry collected and returned to your door, with a single message. Handy on longer stays.
Car and driver
Available by the day or by the month, with a driver who knows the city.
Groceries on arrival
A stocked fridge before you open the door. Just tell us when you book.

Put it in our hands: finding tenants, inventories, cleaning, upkeep and paying your rent through. You keep the property, we take on the management.
