Personal data

The information you send through the site’s forms (name, phone, email address, stay dates) is used solely to handle your request and organise your stay. It is never sold, transferred or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Under Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on personal data protection, you have the right to access, correct and delete the data concerning you. To exercise it, write to the email address given above: your request is handled within thirty days.

Trackers and audience measurement

This site sets no advertising trackers and does no cross-site tracking. The only cookies set are those needed for it to work, in particular to keep your session in the guest area.

Site traffic is measured without cookies and without storing IP addresses. One visitor is told apart from another, for a single day only, by a one-way encrypted fingerprint built from their IP address and browser, combined with a random value renewed every night. This fingerprint cannot be traced back to the IP address, nor can it recognise the same person from one day to the next. What is counted: the number of visits, the pages viewed, the general source of arrival, and clicks to WhatsApp, phone and email.

If a third-party measurement tool were ever enabled on this site, a banner would ask for your consent beforehand and nothing would load until you replied. This paragraph would then be updated accordingly.

Liability

Descriptions, floor areas and rates are kept up to date with care. An obvious error on a listing does not commit us to the stay at the wrong rate: the exact amount is confirmed to you in writing before any payment.
