Living in Dakar, without the upheaval of moving
A three-month assignment, a relocation, a work site, a homecoming that lasts: our apartments are also let by the month, furnished and looked after, with a proper written contract.
Neither a hotel nor a three-year lease
In Dakar, a stay of a few months usually means choosing between a hotel — ruinous over time — and an empty rental you have to furnish, connect and leave with notice. We offer the third way.
You arrive, it's ready to live in
Furnished and equipped, bed linen and crockery included. Nothing to buy, no accounts to open, no tradesman to call out.
Looked after while you're there
Weekly cleaning, laundry, and a team that steps in if something breaks. You get on with your work, not the plumbing.
Clear terms
A written contract, an agreed term, an invoice in your name or your employer's. What a finance department — or an international organisation — expects.
Security and a quiet neighbourhood
Security staff, parking, buildings chosen in residential areas where you can actually sleep at night.
Everything you need to work
Fibre Wi-Fi, a desk area, and power that holds. For anyone taking remote meetings, that's no small thing.
One point of contact
One number, one person who knows your file, and answers the same day. Not a switchboard.
The longer you stay, the less each night costs
The rate depends on the apartment, the season and the length of stay. Here's the order of magnitude of the discounts applied to the nightly rate.
Service charges, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included. No three-month deposit: we agree on a reasonable one.
Four steps, one week
Housing staff on assignment
Invoice in the company's name, a single point of contact, and apartments held near your offices.
